The Plant-Based Diet Plan

“I need to eat healthier.”

“I want to eliminate toxins from my diet.”

“I really want to eat cleaner.”

“I’m exhausted all the time.”

“I’m always hungry.”

“I have intense sugar cravings.”

“I eat way to many carbs.”

“I just don’t have energy the way I used to.”

If you’ve recently uttered any of these statements, then listen up!

We, here at WellPsyche, want to help you develop and dedicate yourself to a new way of eating. We want to help you learn to use food as fuel for a long and healthy life. We also believe that eating should be pleasurable and often social so, our new nutrition services we are rolling out this month are aimed at helping you develop a relationship with food that’s healthy, happy and reveals the best version of yourself.

If you are ready to make some changes to your life style and diet, trying our 75% plant-based nutritional program may be perfect for you. The program will involve a flexible eating plan, loads of information about nutrition, mental and physical health and access to an online support group led by a WellPsyche provider twice weekly. If you are interested in learning more, please let your WellPsyche provider know or you can email with your contact information.

If you’re not sure about signing up for the program but are interested in learning more about a primarily plant-based diet and the effects it can have on your health and energy, come back to the blog often as we will be posting recipes, research that supports a plant-based diet and even helpful tips about where to eat out and where to find products that may be new to your kitchen pantry.

Cheers to a healthy and happy 2018!
